My stay at W Dallas was a bit of a mixed bag. I absolutely loved the convenient location right across from the American Airlines Center, but the room layout was quite unusual and not particularly comfortable for me. While the friendly staff helped make things a bit better, I did have issues with miscommunication that made my experience less enjoyable overall.
